• If you are preparing to enter into a business agreement, we will advise you in simple language of the effect of the terms of the contract and make sure you know what you are signing, and check that the terms are those you have agreed to. 

• In preparing draft contract for you, we will take careful note of your instructions and draw up a contract that achieves your aims whilst protecting your interests.  We would enter into negotiations on your behalf with the other side’s solicitors regarding the form of the contract, consider any proposed amendments to the contract, and prepare a final engrossment of the contract once the terms have been finalised. 

We can also prepare general documents for your use, for example terms and conditions and privacy statement, amongst others.
